1970 Mach One Chestnut Metallic Fastback

Extremely Rare & Gorgeous Chestnut Metallic paint with phenomenal Ginger Knitted high back bucket Mach One interior. This car has achieved the highly prized National Mustang Car Show is the GOLD award. This is one of the nicest Mustangs available anywhere. It drives like a new Mach One. When you take this Rare Mach One to a large Mustang show you will be the only one at the event with this VERY RARE color combination. There are several letters from different distinguished companies such as the Henry Ford Museum and "The Special Order Paint Registry". The Henry Ford Museum states that the color code for this paint is "Y". It states the "y" will not show up in most 70 exterior color charts because it was introduced very late in the model year and was actually a 70 T-Bird color. They also state that it was possibly a "Special Order".

The Special Order Paint Registry states "because Chestnut was only offered for a few months, and most Mach One's seemed to be Grabber Colors, your car is pretty damned unusual". He further states "I can't ever recall seeing a Chestnut '70 Mach One" Could this be the ONLY Mach On built like this one? Other important documents that come with this Bronze Beauty are 2 original FACTORY Built sheets AND the Emminger FACTORY Report. These items are also priceless. I also took pictures of various original 1970 ADS plus an original 1970 Ford brochure that go with the car.

The words phenomenal, fantastic, extraordinary hardly describe a Mustang of this caliber.  The underside is as nice and detailed as the engine compartment. Lots of FACTORY markings and paint daubs are under the car.

The options on this Mach One are as follows; Chestnut Metallic Paint,351 V/8 with 4 barrel, Automatic, Power steering, power disc brakes, Factory A/C, AM-FM Stereo radio, Mach One package, hood scoop, competition suspension, color-keyed racing mirrors, magnum 500 wheels plus lots more.
